The SALT restaurant is sitting right on the water front to take full advantage of the beautiful 180 degree views over the ocean and the beach. The SALT restaurant & Bar is open to guests for breakfast, lunch, sundowners and dinner (Day guests see below).
With an accent on fresh seafood, superb grass-fed beef and organic local produce, the daily changing black-board menu draw on the flavours of modern Australian, Asian and European cuisine. We embrace diversity, balance, and simplicity in flavour and composition.

SALT restaurant and bar caters to all in-house guests’ dining and refreshment requirements. We can arrange breakfast in bed or an ice-bucket of beers by the pool or a bottle of Champagne on the beach. Please note that SALT is not BYO. If there is something special you would like arranged please let us know when you book.
For those special memories, we can also arrange a romantic dinner for two on the beach and under the stars.
